With Focus On Extraction And Thermal Separation This Includes Providing The Design Standards For A Manufacturing Technology Working With Peers And Research To Optimize Existing Processes And Scale Up And Implement New Processes The Manufacturing Technology Engineer Specialized In The Extraction And Thermal Separation Process Is Responsible For Process Benchmarking Within The Field Of Extraction And Thermal Separation And Works Directly With The Local Operation Teams To Implement A Manufacturing Technology Roadmap/improvement Plan He/she Provides The Subject Matter Expertise For The Design Standards Process Capabilities Hazard Analysis Performance Monitoring Technical Training And Incremental And Significant Improvements For The Manufacturing Technology Concerning Extraction And Thermal Separation Processes In The Hydrocolloids And Non-starchy Texturizers Area This Position Is A Member Of The Manufacturing Technology Organization Area Focusing On Processes Managed By ´s Starchy Sweeteners And Texturizers Group In The Area Of Hydrocolloids And Non-starchy Texturizers He/she Is Responsible For The Technology Aspects Of Developing Implementing And Optimizing Extraction And Thermal Separation Processes In The Hydrocolloids And Non-starchy Texturizers Area The Processes Include But Are Not Limited To Distillation Of Ipa Etoh And Acetone And Extraction Of Pectin And Carrageen From Their Raw Materials In A Safe Regulatory Compliant And Cost-effective Way Major Tasks: Utilizing Expertise Of Manufacturing Technology Principles And Practices And Partnering With Engineering Discipline Leaders To Deploy The 10 Engineering Discipline Design Requirements For A Manufacturing Technology That Has The Capability To Deliver The Product(s) And/or Service(s) Meeting The Market Requirements Developing Technology Transfer Packages For The Relevant Technologies In Scope Partnering With Functional Leadership (engineering Rundd Strategic Sourcing Reliability Safety Environmental Fsqr) To Implement The Design Requirements For The Manufacturing Technology Providing Direct/indirect Customer Support And Delivering Services Coming From The Manufacturing Technology
